How can I place my order?

You can send us an email. Mention:

  1. The name of the product you would love to order
  2. How many of the product you wish to order
  3. If you would love to pick up your order yourself or by shipping
When do I receive my order?

As soon as the invoice has been paid we will grab the order and make it ready to ship or the be picked up. You will get an email when your order is ready to ship or to be picked up.

Please note that it may take between 1-2 weeks.

How can I pay for my order?

After you send us an email with your order, you will get an invoice in your email.

Are there any extra costs?

We do ask to pay for shipping.

Can I pick up my order myself?

It is possible to pick up your order yourself. Just let me know in the email.

What if I want to return an order?

It is possible to return your order. If that's necessary I would love to know the reason. It also must be return within 14 days. You will receive back your money in five working days.

The return costs are for you and we check the products to see if they are still in good condition.

If the product is damaged, then we will charge additional costs.
